It is located at 29°20′51″N 96°11′36″W / 29.3475°N 96.19333°W / 29.3475; -96.19333 (29.3474691, -96.1932954) on the east bank of the Colorado River at the junction of Farm Roads 102 and 960. Glen Flora is situated six miles northwest of Wharton, 17 miles south of Eagle Lake, and five miles south of the unincorporated community of Egypt. Although it is unincorporated, Glen Flora has a post office with the zip code of 77443.. Public education is provided by both Wharton Independent School District which service the northside of the rail road tracks and El Campo Independent School District which service the southside of the rail road tracks.
